Kris Bennett, Founder
Kris Bennett is the Founder and President of Bennett Investments, a real estate services firm focused on small bay flex properties in the Charlotte, NC area.
Before founding Bennett Investments, Kris ran day to day operations on a 13 property, 900,000 square foot self-storage portfolio spread across North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Colorado, and Indiana. He sourced the deals, underwrote them, closed them, and managed the assets after closing.
In 2025, Kris closed his first small bay flex industrial property in Charlotte. Since then he's grown that portfolio to $15M+ in assets under management across North Carolina and Georgia, and he's currently developing 60,000 square feet of small bay flex industrial in the Concord and Kannapolis area.
Bennett Investments grew directly out of Kris' hands-on experience, buying, managing, and leasing small bay industrial property.
